Were you the only boy? My Dad has six sisters but also an elder brother.

I was taught years ago how to get in a sports car while wearing a mini-skirt...........I'm still waiting to use the skill.

I've got two brothers, but they're younger. So in reality, I had seven mothers growing up, lol. I'll swing by later in my Porsche convertible for a ride, you can even take the wheel!

:welldone: I had TWO sisters and THEY were a nightmare!!!! (and I'm a gurl!!!!) My auntie also taught deportment and speech and drama... used to love visiting her cos all the famous Abbey actors ('luvvies' back in the day!!! - they were so camp but so much fun!!) used to practically live there!

no -- no abundance of sports cars in my life either haha!! Poxy battery dead when we went to go on the bike ffs!!! Off up to big firework display Si is putting on for the two wee boys tonight.... looking forward to it despite my hatred of halloween

Rusty, when the time comes you'll find your strength..........when my dear, darling Granny died leaving a mammoth hole in my life I never even thought of a drink............however I did think of all the sunny days,holidays and just playing cards.

I've got a mountain of sweeties for Halloween and we had just one group last year and scoffed the rest ourselves.

Not keen on fireworks...........I do like the ones I see on TV from the Sydney bridge though.

Fair warning........... its nearly time for my annual rant about Guy Fawkes night.

Had to lots and lots of house work instead only to find after I'd put the vax away that we were up and running. Got a luvverly tidy house so please feel free to pop round in the next hour or so.

WELL -- and this is ridiculous... after WHINGING the other day that everyone at work has a bad back 'cept me so I do loads of lifting and carrying...-- WELL -- I was lying awake this morn at 3am and had a brainwave bout something -- LEAPT out of bed to run downstairs to check in a file... pulled my shagging back out... flat on the couch all day.... feckity feckity shaggity feck!! (how polite is THAT!!!) AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRGGGGGHHHH
anyway - just gonna do the magic trick NS told me about ages ago -(lying flat down - face down on the floor.... simple as that) - worked the last time, but today I was so sore I couldn't even get down on the floor -- think I can now so will give an update.... ;-)

How's you all? back to work tomorrow but at least it's a late shift... missing two men round here - Tony and Arsey?? Just realised our lovely Tabbers is heading for his year anniversary --- how good is that Tabs!!!!

Tabbers, sorry for both losses this week. Hope you got an antibiotic.. on the upside, it is really coming up to your anniversary!! That just flew, I remember it well - NOTHING was going to stop you, and it didnt :happy2:


Question - Feeling the pressure in work and its going to stay that way for a few months. I wear my stress so Im looking for something natural that will help. Picked up some rescue remedy and had a spray...got a huge fright cos it tasted like brandy or something. Sure enough, 27% alcohol! now I know its only a spray, but still, Id afraid to use it now.
Anyone any thoughts on this, maybe its fine, or alternative remedies??
