Off to the library first. We have to be quick because its now open just 4 hours on a weekend..............which in my not so humble opinion is an absolute disgrace.
Then off to book, Bess's Christmas beauty treaments at Pets at Home....I hope I've been good enough in this life to come back as a labrador .....and then M&S.

Ha ha. For all future reference, any time I mention boyfriends I’m referring to my daughters not mine. Mithered with them at the moment I am. Off to a Christmas crochet workshop today so that will cheer me up. We will all make Christmas stuff and have afternoon tea and natter. I have such a laugh at crochet class on Fridays, it’s a tonic. Looking forward to today. Hope you all have a great Saturday.

Ahh but think about the pay cut. Our library is only open now 2 full days a week and closed 3 days. It makes me very sad.

Just had a look at my last post............gawd doesn't half sound miserable. I was just hacked off at our local council.............to me libraries and librarians are vital..........they were vital for me not only growing up but also for my kids. To read is one of the greatest pleasures. Not all of us can afford to buy books so libraries are essential...........right off my hobby horse.

Jackie-OMG-your disclosure about your first dental experience with the twit of a woman who didn't use novacaine and then hit a nerve in your mouth....and then just wanted you to be a brave girl. I held my mouth and got tears in my eyes...it sounded so awful and reminded me of a movie here in the US then came out years ago called, "The Dentist." Ghoulish!

Just getting in before noon to say good morning.

If you get stuck in our house a book never goes amiss as a gift. Theatre, cinema or gig tickets are a good 'un too. Although I prefer opals
