Off to the 'Quare Place' first thing in the morning. Gonna spill the beans. Best makes some notes.... :egad:

Sweetie that is so sad that you cannot do what you were trained to do - help others.
I see it in the nursing home with the nurses & the care staff.
It's like a conveyor belt of meds, food, bathroom , food, meds, bathroom, food, bed...... because they just have not enough time for anything else.

Had a smashing day mainly swimming in the HUGE waves - what a Buzz!!!!heading out shortly to the marina its about 10k but himself is adamant he's grand - I even said I'd pay for a cab:egad: nope having none of it so happy days off looking at the style on the promenade -

Hah! I'm picking my battles today - completely free Wi-Fi everywhere here so have mobile data turned off 3 network STILL managed to snaffle bout 100 euros worth of credit - Hansini will deffo get a battering if he doesn't sort me out - you know - I think their customer service are told to act thick so people will just give up - well be ain't getting rid of me that easy!!!!

Just making a sponge with some cooking apples that sister-in-law has all over her garden. Got enough to make the the apple sauce for the Boxing Day pork.

Well ladies ye certainly keeps us on our toes. Black eyes, handbags at dawn and now a cookery demo. Can’t keep up with ye . I’ve walked the dogs and feet up with cup of coffee. Only in paid employment two days Sweetpea so not too stressful.

[MENTION=22411]IamMary[/MENTION], went to see Murder on Orient Express. Ok’ish, wonderful cast but something flat about it imo. Anyway was night out and ate in Asian buffet place beforehand. Need to start putting Halloween stuff away and general tidy up but finding it hard to get motivated. Watching The Sinner on Netflix so may watch an episode of that instead! Enjoy the sun Molly, we had our first heavy frost last night. Hope all goes ok today Satz, wave to everyone else.
