Just popped in to say night night.............been funny old day. Weather's been manky and I'm feeling a bit lacklustre............ach I just need a boot up my backside.............this too shall pass.

Now you know what you need, its time to crack open that Frozen DVD again

Snotty nose, shivery, dry mouth blah de blah.. been feeling like I've a hangover all week. but its great, cos I dont!! so I'll stop moaning, cos it REALLY could be worse.

Any word on that new grandchild of Mollys???

Had nice lunch out yesterday. Jug of water on the table, none of us even thinking about wine, happy out and then glanced over at table across from us and girl was sipping large glass of red wine. Feeling of envy came me, out of the blue. Logically I know better but there was a feeling of why can she and why can’t I? Well I can’t and I didn’t but hmmm gave me a bit of a jolt. Guess it’s that time of year.

Didn't half snow today....... quite blizzardy and thick. Didn't lie for long. More this weekend.
We've got a handsome young barista at work.............I think its lurve. Canadian,charming, about 6'4" and the one those blokes who has ridiculously long eyelashes...........trouble is he's prolly about 25.

Its not often but I do have a tinge of envy when I see a glass of red wine...........oh the thoughts of delicately sipping it while chatting and laughing with my friends................in reality I'd have downed in 10 seconds and braying for another two bottles.

WELL --- my news is -- baby was born last night at 2.45am --- major panic - emergency section - but an amazing black haired 8lb 2oz baby girl - she is stunningly beautiful and Jilly is happy beyond happy! she wasn't planning on a section (who does!!!??) but so what -- she's here - and all is great...

Crikey Rusters - we all feel like that from time to time - but Jackie is right - it's the two bottles that come after that large glass of red wine that cause the problem -- I wrote ESSAYS on the damage one drink would do to me -- where it leads - the overwhelming 'need' for more - the mess - the frankly - downright carnage it would cause in my head.... is ANYTHING in a glass worth that? nope -- nothing... and THAT'S what makes me know that that glass in my hands is a bomb just waiting to go off -- so -- I don't want it... but I have put tremendous work into myself to get to that 'not wanting'.... it's worth it.. xx

That's just fantastic news. Delighted for you all.
Had to go down that emergency section road too, but it's all forgotten about as soon as the bundle is born. Any names yet? Who does she look like?

For the record, I was that girl drinking the red wine, looking over at your table and thinking, why me, why do I need to have a bottle of wine beside me to have fun.
