    I'd like to see a big SUPER SHOUTY OUTY SUNDAY from members who have been here a while, those just starting out again and those just starting out for the very first time............go on give us a wave............


    SHOUT IT LOUD AND SHOUT IT PROUD AND STAY STRONG AND KEEP THINKING POSITIVE ONE AND ALL AND LET'S GIVE OUR BEST TOGETHER

    Don't be shy and give it a try...........remember each and everyone one of us here started with a day one!!!!!

            I’m at 5 years plus nearly three months. Life is good.
            My life is better without alcohol, since 9/1/12. My sobriety tool is the list at permalink 236 on the toolbox thread under monthly abstinance.

              Quitting and staying quit isn't easy, its learning a whole new way of thinking. It's accepting a new way of life, and not just accepting it, embracing it...

                          You literally quit 16 days before my first time - I only made it to 4.5 years, if I continued I would be where you are now...one of the biggest mistakes I ever made was starting again!
