The big clear out of the little bedroom continues. Keep finding things, like my Gran's old knitting pattern folder and obviously have to read it...........and some old school photos of my kids (ahhhhhhhhhhhh) and my mum and dad's wedding album ( crikey she was glamorous).........other than that just the usual crap of bent knitting needles, half balls of wool and god knows what else. I'm going to have to ruthless tomorrow.

Quick wave, just home for a 50th...
so so so glad I no longer drink. Not a bit of longing, that might be a first!
There was this woman there, maybe mid 60s, stunning, funky hair, v glam, big audience around her. 2 hours later, she was a mess, red wine spilling.. everyone avoiding her. I felt very sad for her..

Loved the Late late Rustop!
...way past my bed time. Rusty will be getting up in a sec!

Just had the best nights sleep for YEARS - went to bed about 9 and didn't wake till 6.30 UNKNOWN !!!!!

Morning all, Molly I went to bed at 1 awake at 6.30 so a nana nap is a real possibility this afternoon me thinks. Morning of moving furniture around planned, oh joy. Then probably moving it back again in the very near future cause the room looked better as it was all along. Ha don't know till ya try though eh.

Oh gawd the dreaded moving furniture! Some of that looming here as well!!! Do you not find yourself going to bed earlier now in recovery? I haven't been up till 1am for YEARS!!!

No worries, love. I love test matches with the Aussies.....as long as we win............just had an update from Mr JC.............apparently we're playing...... in his words..........shite. I like rugby too as there's as certain code of conduct and manners in that and cricket that you would never find in footie.

I'd love to say that's our Bess, but its just an image I found. We did try a few Christmas's ago to get her into a Santa dog outfit and get some photos. Unfortunately she was having none of it. I think somewhere there's a picture of her with a Santa hat in her mouth and a leg in one sleeve of the jacket.
She just kept looking at us with this WTF are you doing look in her eyes.

Good night all. Did a 4.5 hour hike yesterday so pretty tired today. The kids used to dress our dogs up all the time. The latest two have coats for going up the mountain, short haired so would freeze on cold days. We didn’t take the little one yesterday, it would have been too much for her. Hope Matilda settles in and the sleep fairy visits. Nite nite.
