Late check in for me and an early one for Mr G.......
Lovely afternoon with the family........the in-law side. They're a good crew. Snowed and snowed and then snowed some more so it was a bit tricky getting home...........lovely to look at but awful to drive in..........although with me as the passenger it didn't help Mr JC a lot when I was gripping onto the seat making eek noises.

Quick check in.. only half read back.
full on weekend. survived a big night out, dead pet and as small cake disaster (for the big night out..topper yolk, which was ridiculous, didn't survive the journey in my car!)

Morning Army - so where is everyone?

I am sleeping like a mad yoke - woke early but then slept till 9am. This is after sitting on my arse ALL day yesterday while it rained outside.

I'm on my week off - out now for a catch-up walk with my neighbour. September since we talked :egad:
We are friends years but only for walks - none of the in/out of houses stuff - suits us both.

We yabber non-stop for 2 hours and home 'till next time.

I'm on my week off - out now for a catch-up walk with my neighbour. September since we talked :egad:
We are friends years but only for walks - none of the in/out of houses stuff - suits us both.

We yabber non-stop for 2 hours and home 'till next time.

Defo a nanna nap after that.

I'm going to get busy with the ironing.

Well of course, it DID keep me on the straight and narrow.... but also, today I have a day off....not working until 3pm tomorrow when most other people are "back to the grindstone" on a Monday morning....always a positive somewhere!

So it's washing, ironing (if I can be bothered - may do that daily on a needs basis!), Specsavers, Doctors, dog walking, shopping and then maybe even cook later - who knows?.... Is that a proper day off?
