Happy birthday Whizzy - hope you'd a lovely posh meal -
yes Jackie - you're right - I s'pose my reticence about Al-Anon is somewhat routed in Aftercare - it often took the partners the 2 years to 'get in the programme' as much as the addicts themselves, so I just imagine that a bunch of untreated people letting rip... I dunno - could be unsettling - that's all I meant reallyContentedly sober since 27/12/2011

LURVE pork belly -- think it's my favouritest food at the moment... and as for printers..... I have about 5 - all in a printer mountain... NONE of them work -- and everytime I see printers for sale and suggest buying one - the family raise up as one --- 'STEP AWAY FROM THE PRINTERS MUM!!' -- yeah I ain't great with them!!! Glad you had a nice time
Oh it's a minefield that alright Jacks - anyway - must away towards the bed - yawning like a good thing xxContentedly sober since 27/12/2011

Happy buffday anon! Hope it’s been a good one. (And impressed that mr A has started running too - age is no barrier!)
Hey Dr satz- thinking of you with the young satz- no words of advice beyond what the sage JC and mollly have said already. Hugs and positive thoughts your way.

Re: Join the Army Against Alcohol-January 2018
Hi troops
Well back on day 1 again after proving my shrink right and also what I knew all along but kept telling myself was BS... I tried to moderate to appease Mrs T but it was never gonna work was it! I've had to make another major change to help my sobriety and have moved out and I'm staying with a (tee total) friend. Being day 1 and in a new town, I can't arrange any support meds until tomorrow so we've just made plans for a nice walk with my friend's dog then an AF lunch and we'll see where we get from there.
Will have to go home at some point in next few days to collect some things and my Dog but that can wait... job search now in full swing as I've moved about 60 miles to a large place...God knows how I'm gonna get through today... 1 hour at a time fornow...missed you all! Tony
