How's you? Funny - was reading about the year of the four emperors (ancient Rome) - feckin hell they were all shafting each other big time -- and I DID think - Arsey and the HT situation -- deffo 'not as bad as' :congratulatory:

No, not as bad as rome! I'll be fine. Just got those feelings of inadequacy which eat at me awhile, then bugger off. All will be well in due course. And, trying to be positive, it does free me up to look around and apply for other jobs. Not that there is anything going at the mo', but I know I'm free to apply whenever summit turns up.

Funny - when I am on a good keel, i realise how positive actions attract positive outcomes by and large. So, despite mind giving me jip with endless made-up chatter in my head of situations and chat I'd have with HT or others - which will NEVER happen, but I still play these scenarios out!! - I am beginning to see, as I said to Molls, how knowing this now frees me up to look and see what turns up ahead. :thumbsup:

Watching the winter olympics has taken its toll. Slept in, then nodded off on the settee when we got back from the shops..........we bought an arctic roll.............I tell ya the excitement in this house never ends.........never begins either

James McEvoy - He and I went to the same Drama school, he was the year ahead I think. Lovely lad. Am sure we had the odd pint together as students - or at least sat at the same table with the same crowd. Hails from Drumchapel in Glasgow, I believe. Now married to the VERY lovely Anne-Marie Duff. Lucky sod that he is. Fame AND a beautiful wife (and what appears to be that rare thing of a celebrity marriage that WORKS).

Off to read - backinabit.

Morning all. Looks like the Irish troops are awake and ready for action. Read that on Facebook the other day Satz. Very sad, she really put up a fight, very true what she said. Delighted young Satz on the straight and narrow. What a difference a few weeks make. Take note RC.

Miserable morning here. Hope to get short walk in. Did 3 hour hill walk yesterday and it was actually spring like. Also heard the birds singing early so it’s on the way. Need to get up and do some ironing, 😑

Missed yesterdayon here...after 1 am when I finished work Friday, back in at 12 yesterday.....all remaining time spent asleep!!

Satz, did young S stay off the sauce yesterday...has he had a day 1?

In for another late shift today. Should be moving to new house, at lasr, this week...hopefully get the keys on Tuesday...can't wait. It's an important and exciting part of this new AF lifestyle...it seems like the REAL new beginning and I've got 44 days behind me....but I don't believe in pink clouds!!!
