Quitting and staying quit isn't easy, its learning a whole new way of thinking. It's accepting a new way of life, and not just accepting it, embracing it...
Worry about tomorrow, tomorrow. Just get through today. Tomorrow will look after itself when it becomes today, because today is all we have to think about.
Friendship is not about how many friends you have or who you've known the longest. It's about who walked into your life, said "I'm here for you", and proved it.

Happy Birthday Rusty!!!! Hope your having a great day!

Mark is working for a large medical supply company in IT. They have a 3 year program where graduates get to choose from whatever job within their field is available. They work at that job for 1 year. After the three years are up the company and the graduate choose which job is best suited for him and the company. His current job he loves, his "team" is based in San Diego so he works remotely either from home or at the main campus literally just a few miles from home. This is his 3rd year so he would get first choice. He is hoping there is something available abroad. We shall find out in about a month. He has been recommended for Switzerland and meets with the team leader next week. We shall see.

How was everyone's weekend? Went fast didn't it?
Rusty glad you had a nice birthday! Quiet is good sometimes.
It was my nephews birthday today so we went out to lunch with my sisters family. Still tension with my niece, but we managed to push that aside.
Everyone enjoying the Olympics? I sure am.
                        Sweet dreams!

A quick check in before work. Do I really have to go? Still raining here and day 6 af. So AF to kids these days means as fuck, I just thought of that and had a chuckle..called an old friend last night. He is dying of cancer and very hard to talk to. Trying to call him once a week, but its kinda tough.....well off to the races.....have a great day all....
