    Re: One Step at a Time. . . . February 2018

Xpost nora. Work is starting to get busy as allergy season is almost upon us. I am a bit frustrated with the lack of technology as compared to the hospital, but I am making adjustments and backing everything up. Need to be ready for the onslaught of allergy season. How is work by yiu these days? Family is good and understanding. They are cautious and watch me, but I deserve it. Thanks for asking.

Haha Liz I should do planks when I wake up,,at this rate I'd have abs of steel in a week! Nora,Kell did give me some CBD oil,I guess I'm just scared to try it but its got to be better than the Benadryl I've been using,I swear that stuff leaves me groggy ALL day and it just tastes"toxic" bleh, have a nice night all

Hi - I hope that everyone has had a wonderful day and that Glassie had a wonderful day and is starting a brand new day. Ok - never mind - that is too confusing. I'm going back to Good MAE everyone :checkin:

One of my old friends is in Australia right now with her son & DIL. Looks like they are having an amazing time.

Nothing much going on here. Long day and will be hitting the sack early. Been having a fibro flare I guess. Really been hurting the last couple of days. But, I can't seem to tear myself away from watching Storage Wars. I just have to laugh at myself sometimes but I do get a kick out of this show. :rotlf:

            Good Evening, Friends!

            Liz-Hahah! Doing planks when I can't sleep...um, no, I can't say that I have! LOL...no wonder you have 6-pack abs!:welldone:

Nora-I have never watched Storage Wars but I might start. Haha!

Pauly-regarding the change of life and not sleeping, I know the prescript. meds scare you because of possible side effects, as you have mentioned before, but don't let the possible side effects scare you. The pharmaceutical companies HAVE to do that to protect themselves in case there's a lawsuit or a patient says, "well you didn't tell me I would get diarrhea with this med...'' blah blah blah. Talk to your doc about it. I used biodentical cream as my HRT and it works great.

My apologies to our male MWO friends who lurk here...just skip right over my way TMI post to Pauly. Hahah!

I am at home the rest of the week! it feels wonderful to get de-cluttering done and get actually CAUGHT UP on my paperwork. Why yes, I DO feel chipper...thanks for noticing, guys!

Ok, time for a shower and then bed. It's been a wonderful AF Wednesday. :-)
