    Super Sober Shout Out Sunday 11th February 2018

    I'd like to see a big SUPER SHOUTY OUTY SUNDAY from members who have been here a while, those just starting out again and those just starting out for the very first time and to everyone a very happy Valentine's Day


    SHOUT IT LOUD AND SHOUT IT PROUD. STAY STRONG AND KEEP THINKING POSITIVE ONE AND ALL. LET'S GIVE OUR BEST TOGETHER

    Don't be shy and give it a try...........remember each and everyone one of us here started with a day one!!!!!

                    One more week behind me and forgotten...
                    Quitting and staying quit isn't easy, its learning a whole new way of thinking. It's accepting a new way of life, and not just accepting it, embracing it...
                    Worry about tomorrow, tomorrow. Just get through today. Tomorrow will look after itself when it becomes today, because today is all we have to think about.
                    Friendship is not about how many friends you have or who you've known the longest. It's about who walked into your life, said "I'm here for you", and proved it.
