    Evening,
    Sunbed and hair do this morning.....and just booked a flight to Dublin for 6th Oct coming home 8th Oct if anyone's about..
    It could be worse, I could be filing.

      Evening lazy army -- where are yiz all? I've been to the dentist - mega big root canal - bastarding thing.. anyway - the very last leg will be done shortly - a little gap at the back where he couldn't previously put an implant cos the bone wasn't dense enough or something - well it is now - or he can now - not sure which - so I'll have a PERFECT set of gnashers then - no one could see the gap right at the back but I knew it was there!!!!

          Like I said to you on another medium I'm quite sure I'll be around....... we'll do lunch and shopping and the works.. so you'd better start saving!!!! Hope all you other Irish lot will make an appearance!!!!???

            Okay - just got out my magic calendar - so I'm working the 6th so I'll get on my bike after work and meet you in the evening - will be no good for airport duty tho cos I'll be working 8th as well.. anyways -- it's a long way off - xx

              Funnily enough I've just started the ciggie tin up again.......oh my dentist says my mouth won't take implants......something to do with the bite and bone density in my lower jaw.

                yup that's why (one of the reasons) I had to have braces - to fix the bite - and the bone is the problem - but he went to San Diego to some magic man and now he knows how to do it with this tooth - awful clever he is!!! AND he's the image of Poldark (well the actor who played him:congratulatory

                      Yep I got it, a far better role in management, better rewards and hopefully a little more respect.
                      Ethanol is a toxic chemical, why would I drink it?

One of the best things about sobriety to me is once again knowing our innate worth and having the confidence to ask more from life than we settled for when we were mired in shame.
