Hi all,
Nora, I took Belle's jumpstart class. I email her most days. I really enjoy her audios.......so about to head out to get the kids. Hope my old car holds out. I almost rented a car for the trip, but mine has a new tune up and stuff so I will take the chance I guess........I have a little pet tent, set it up last night and the cats are going crazy playing in it.....b

Good Morning, Everyone,

The fish fry was delicious and Mom and I had a lovely time. I am going to a baby shower today for a close friend whose daughter is having twin girls.

Nora-loved the bracelet. How are you feeling today? Is your fibro any better?

bird-have a safe and fun trip to the mountains. Hope your car holds out.

Pauly-I am addicted to Two and A Half Men. Here you can watch it at least 4 hrs. every day and one week day it's a marathon so it's 8 hrs. straight. Haha! I enjoy watching Mom at night, too.

Liz-how is your dad doing?

techie-how are you feeling, love?

Big hellos to everyone else. Must run. Happy AF Saturday!

Six am on a Saturday? I got up at 8:30. But I love breakfast at Denny's. Just doing some odds and ends today and then hubby and I are going to see red sparrow. Did I mention that hubby and I booked flights to st croix? Going to help the kids do somethings around the house.
Off to eat quick before the movie. Have a good one guys. . .

Hey all
Sunday morning here and I'm about to start work for the day. Sooo tired though. I have a massive week ahead and would love a day off to relax but it's not to be.

Thinking of you all. I hope all babies, grandbabies, parents and grandparents are ok for now.

Liz - we had to go that early to breakfast because Mom was still asleep. LOL Since it was that early, we didn't worry that much about her waking up and getting out of bed. We also had our camera monitor phone app on while we ate. She doesn't usually like to go anywhere so hubby doesn't get out much. He doesn't drive so he's pretty much stuck at home. I think the poor guy was so excited to get out. We even stopped by the grocery store! :rotlf:

Lol - well that didn't happen, but what did happen was that G2 just told me that he and his lovely one have arranged a wedding date. So I have a wedding to attend in October!

OH glassie how exciting! I love weddings! Hope you enjoy enjoy your week albeit massive. I appreciate your posting here. It's great that you take a time for us. I do expect wedding details though as they become available.:happy2: I wonder if weddings are different there than they are here.

Nora, I'm glad you guys got out. Your hubby is amazing, taking such good care of mom. How is DIL feeling? Is she showing much yet?

Went to see Red Sparrow yesterday and oh my. It's a physiological thriller. Some of the torcher scenes were too much. It was nice to get out, kinda like old times. A date with hubby.
Have a great AF Sunday!

Hi all,
Well we made it to the cabin ok. Traffic in Atlanta was hell and stressful, but the other side is wonderful. Gotta go thru hell to get to the good part right? That seems to be the case in everything...this is a small town with a touristy downtown, which we went to yest afternoon. I was so tired and wanted to drink but I didn't. We stopped at the grocery and brought canned soup back, something easy. Put a fire on and played scrabble. It was so funny and I laughed a lot. Glad I didn't drink...going hiking today...Rusty..yum a fish fry..and a baby shower is always fun......Nora, I love Dennys too......Glassie a wedding! How exciting!.......Lizann, St. Croix....beautiful.......hugs to all.....

That went super fast Glassy, how exciting about the wedding,I'm with Liz and want details Nora, glad you and hubs got out for breakfast,we'll be doing that here in a bit,I'm gonna get french toast off the el cheapo menu cuz I haven't had that in awhile or maybe we'll hit IHOP I'll see, much love to all and wishes for a great AF Sunday!
