Hi all,
Wow is it windy. I like it! Reminds me of when I lived in Colorado. Plus it blows the mosquitoes away. Still doing the juice, 3rd day now. It fills me up pretty good. Did eat some lousy food after work. Had some craving to drink so....work was so draggy and boring.....so decided to try ordering my asthma meds from canadian pharmacy. What a diff in the price. My steroid puffer goes for 287 here and I got it for 36 so!!....maybe I can get off of that though if I do the juice right. According to the book it has helped peeps asthma alot...so I do feel a bit better after only 3 days.....Lizann, hope the snow doesn't screw up spring break.....Nora, hoping for no flooding......Glassie, good luck on your thesis.......Rusty, glad you had a nice time with your Mom......well I will see my kids next month on the 20th as they both have performances that weekend. Hoping to shed a few pounds and surprise them.....b

Re: One Step at a Time - March 2018

Happy Tuesday! Rusty, glad your commute is a short one today. Just wondering if you're having any of this weather like us here? It's our fourth nor'easter in about 10 days. They are calling anywhere from 6 to 17 inches of snow. The wet heavy stuff. I'm nervous about driving to work, shoveling and losing power. They are talking another one for Sunday. We are exhausted here on the east coast. A relatively easy winter, but a brutal March.
That's all that's new here. First day of spring, huh!?! No baby tomorrow, Dan is working from home and although I will miss the little guy, I'm glad I don't have to worry about him in the car. Logan was playing with the tops to my pots today! He had an absolute blast and we enjoyed watching our happy little guy!

Cross post bird! Good for you with the juicing. I'll bet the kids would be surprised to see you a few pounds lighter. That's a huge difference in price. I should look into that.
Glassie, I hope you take some time for yourself, too. Do you enjoy working on your thesis?
My son just got home so I'm going to get his dinner going.
Have a good night.

Good Evening!
Lizann, no, we have dodged the horrible winter weather. So glad you don't have to work tomorrow!!! :sohappy: Little Logan is SOOOOOOOOOOOOO cute! I agree...good thing not to have to worry about him in the car.
bird-what kind of juicing are you doing? Veggies? Fruit? Are you just doing juices all day? I admire you if you can do that....I'm a carnivore...I need meat to chew on... No offense, dear NoraC!:heartbeat:

I may stay home tomorrow......Rusty I am doing 2 fruity juices and 2 veggie juices and some normal foods as well. I'm kinda afraid to do the whole juice thing, it is 28 days.....the cats caught a skink and brought it in...it is loose in the house....akk

Hi Steppers. A quick pass through. Thinking of you all. I’m doing well. My recent labs indicate a reduction in my tumors. So, I’m extremely pleased and more determined to see complete remission. Be well xoxo

Techie that is great news! Thanks for stopping in and sharing. Sending more positive thoughts your way.

Bird, a skunk? Oh that is so not good. Keep us posted how this ends, please?

Rusty, I'm glad your winter hasn't been too bad. We went out around 4:30 to do our first round of snow blowing/shoveling. It's all white out there again and it seems to be picking up in intensity. We will wait until the morning to dig out. Hoping for the best and little more accumulation.

On the bright side, I started spring cleaning today. I washed some of the Windows, curtains and blinds. It's funny how when it comes to cleaning the house is freaking huge, but when it comes to entertaining it's a tiny house! I've got a good start and am feeling accomplished. The day was not wasted. I am tired, but a good, I worked hard, tired.
