[MENTION=22411]IamMary[/MENTION].........a half marathon :egad:.........and the back .........Jenny and her new BF came for a wee visit to the cottage we stayed in last week .........its about an hour's drive from her house.........I went to get something in the kitchen and tripped and went arse over elbow landing at the the BF's feet. So bad back and bruising (in shades of many colours). Got an appointment with the GP Friday.

errrrrrrmm you missed the ka at the end of molly...........some poor soul out there is wondering why she should put a leg of lamb in her freezer........oh and by the way.......its exactly what I do when its cheap........we sometimes have a Sunday dinner during the week and pretend we're rich.

Went into town the pay the cheque the in-laws for my birthday into the bank and get a few quid out for me. The blooming machine ate my card and adviced to seek advice at the enquiries. Now I don't keep a lot of money in my wee account so I know basically to the last penny how much I have................my account has been scammed........staff put me on to the fraud people and after a about half an hour it looks like whoever is the shit that scammed it has been using it to buy I-tunes...........FFS I've never bought an I-tune in my life.........I'm just getting over the loss of vynal.
The bank were ever so good and kind.

Ended up in M&S and bought some jaffa cakes and a blackcherry & greek yogurt.

Had a lovely day today took a steam train ride with the dogs, had a walk on the prom then sat in a pub for an hour and drank ...................coffee :haha:
