    Yep we do have bank holidays and today is one but our company in their infinite money grabbing wisdom wants to open

      Funny you should say that - I had - well not a drinking dream - there was no specific of drinking in the dream - but chaos reigned in it - and I was responsible for the chaos - and covering my tracks - all just sort of mad devious shit - COULDN'T go back to that -- just couldn't -- took a couple of painkillers going to bed cos of the burn and guess they caused the dream -- orrible it was!!!!

          Hate greedy companies - when Joe had the shop - loads of competing shops used to stay open Christmas and easter and all the big important days - even workaholic Joe knew they were family days!!!

                  Never have medicines nor nothing in the house - not a policy - just we never take anything really - didn't even have a plaster when Jamie fell yesterday - we threw out those pills Joe got from the hospital - just didn't seem right when he wasn't even very sore.. mad prescribing so many tablets for feck all really

                      Back from Tesco........talking about shops being open on Bank Holidays. Needed some pitta breads. I was going to creosote the garden bench but its too hot.
                      Yogurt for the sunburn, plain.........works like a dream. I've never been burnt abroad only at home. I used to love the smell of Ambre Solaire. Did any one get to olive oil and lemon juice?

                              Haha!! Well after that 'suncream' we were certainly burnt offerings

                              Evening all! Watching snooker then getting an early night - major dental work to be done in the morning and then I'm on a late shift so a long day ahead of me - YUCK

                                I honestly can't remember a Bank holiday this warm. Our garden is looking fab.......if I say so myself. The bloke next door helped Mr JC put the cold frame together as I was getting tired and grumpy and I couldn't be trusted with a big hammer.

                                Doc's tomorrow.......back sooooooo much better. Still have to do a sort of roll to get out of bed but once I'm up and move around seems to go.
