    I'd like to see a big SUPER SHOUTY OUTY SUNDAY from members who have been here a while, those just starting out again or those just starting out for the very first time.........don't forget SHOUT IT LOUD AND PROUD.

          1970 days and I've been truly needed due to emergency issues on about 10 of them, including last night. I'm so grateful to be able to help and not be part of the problem.

                3 years, 5 months, and 4 days of living the good life! It doesn't get much better than this!

                Thanks to all for the Father's Day wishes, I too want to wish all the dad's a Happy Father's Day. But I also want to extend that same wish to all the mom's who are filling the dad's role also for their children, I can't imagine how tough it is to be a single parent. So Happy Father's Day to you as well!
                Quitting and staying quit isn't easy, its learning a whole new way of thinking. It's accepting a new way of life, and not just accepting it, embracing it...
                Worry about tomorrow, tomorrow. Just get through today. Tomorrow will look after itself when it becomes today, because today is all we have to think about.

                    I'm here another 7 days to add to my total, must be around 4 years almost 11 months now.

                    Not that I'm dropping any hints about 5 years, did you hear that, FIVE YEARS approaching who'd have thought that?

                    Married, house owner (shares in 2!), post-grad qualified and specialised, successful in my sport, some people think I've always been like this and looking younger every day (not joking).
                    I used the Sinclair Method to beat my alcoholic drinking.

                    Drank within safe limits for almost 2 years
