Re: One Step at a Time - Dry (And Healthy, Self-Caring) July 2018

Hmmmmm....STILL no more photos Nora? Don't C & J realise Savannah is a celebrity and her fans need pics? Maybe we should send the paps around to their place.

RUSTY - where are you? You've gone quiet again and you know that worries us.

Good luck with all your real estate happenings Bird.

Liz and Pauly - be kind to yourselves over the next few days. Pauly - that gumming thing they do is so cute. Especially when they try to chew your nose. LOL.

Well, I've started to get ready for my trip. So far I've bought a pair of pants and had a typhoid vaccination. To answer your questions Nora - going solo, only three weeks and no.
I wish I'd arranged to go for longer now. And Liz - I leave on 25/8.

Good Morning!

I am working close to home this week and I have a co-worker with me, who is just lovely. He is soft-spoken and kind and tonight I will take him out to dinner. I usually work alone so it's nice to have company.

Liz:hug:you are always in my thoughts and I am glad you are all doing ok. Glad to see Mark arrived safely and he's ready to start his assignment. You must be so proud!

Nora-I would love to see more pics of Ms. Savannah.

Glassie-thanks for shouting out to me. I am trying to practice self-care when it comes to balancing work and relaxation and right now, work is winning. :-( Please don't worry about me when it comes to AL or not checking in every day.

Waves of hellos to Pauly, bird, abcowboy and anyone I missed, happy AF Wednesday.

Congratulations on 3 years Nora! That's amazing! I'm glad you're here sharing your success with us. Can't wait to hear about the baby!

RUsty, nice to have some company working. Enjoy dinner.

Had a wonderful day at the spa! Totally relaxing and we had a nice time, I feel guilty going, it doesn't seem right to be having fun.
Hope you all had a fabulous Wednesday.

Thank you for all the 3 year congratulations. I used to get the dates mixed up and I thought that it was the 25th. But, I was wrong! It is the 27th so I've got a couple more days to go before I reach that milestone. What a difference time makes. So, thank you for the congrats but I don't need a big celebration. Just having you all here day in & day out means more to me than you will ever know. You all have really been with me helping me change my life.

Ha - so now that we have all of that out of the way, let's talk more about my baby. :rotlf: Too bad that you all are going to have to listen to me go on & on about her.

Liz - I'm glad that you had a good day at the spa. You really needed it.

Rusty - thank you for all the celebrations.

:checkin: to everyone. I will catch up with everyone tomorrow. Been a long day - my brother stayed with Mom while hubby & I went to see the baby. So, that worked out well.
