Molls, just had a thought, we've got friends who have a couple of rentals.........they use a management team at the moment for them..........saves them a bucket load of stress.

hair sounds lovely Jacks - I'm letting mine grow a bit so betwixt and between at the minute which ain't a good place - but at the minute I don't give a rats
Joe and I have decided (decided? that's maybe too strong a word) to move over to the atlantic coast when I retire - (5 years +) and think we might buy a house in the meantime and use it as a holiday home - for us and the sprogs when they want to use it - but I've been looking on and off for months now and I can't enthuse about anything - sick to death of Dublin - a dream of a house has come for sale on Valentia Island - and we cudda gone down tomorrow to look - and do you know what - I'm too tired... really exhausted - is this getting old? I don't like it -- AT ALL!!! anyway - I'm not going - so there!

Good night all. Great reading again today. All 6 visitors fed and watered and I have taken to the bed with the iPad. Kids are adorable. Molly the SIL and BIL who are here bought a cottage in Connemara online last year and moved back from the US in January. Could not believe they had not physically seen it but there you go. All worked out great for them. Sometimes it pays to take a chance.

Mad busy day, in work since 7 - last days before the holliers. Am shattered.
Rant alert: Had my hair, nails, etc all booked tomorrow afternoon when I realised its my nephews birthday AT EXACTLY the same time. I am a gob shite.. (Its a hands on party, in the woods). Appointments are like hens teeth.
... off to find a motor bike with no helmet.

Yeah rusters - my son has done that - bought a house for his ex and kids and had never set foot in it and it's smashing - tempting!!!

Well in this country it's as easy as joining a biker gang as one of their moles. You'll have to wear their colours whether they suit you or not. You may have to deal meth and possibly carry out some paid contracts on people's wives, but apart from that it's pretty cruisy.

What a pleasant day I've have in the garden. Weeding and mulching and shouted myself some goodies from the garden centre.
Had a cracking sleep too.
