Got off in good time to get to York for the graduation only to have a fecking puncture half an hour from home and it was pissing down.....Mr JC managed to put the spare on which was one of these temp things (never heard of them).......luckily got to a garage nearby and got a new tyre..........and off we go again. Running so late I ended up putting me posh frock on in a lay-by.....bursting for a wee so had to run into a restaurant to use their loo..not sure they were chuffed with that but I must have had a killer look on so they said nothing.............got there with minutes to spare or so we thought but it took nigh on 45 mins to get into the presentation place. And had I been drinking there was a free bar and much food an active alkie's heaven.

But it all went beautifully............so proud of my girl. Trying to not to get soppy here watching all these young ones full of excitement gave me a sense of hope.

Back to normal..........We used to have Dyson and now we've got a Vax...they both did an all right job. Reckon we need something powered by a jet engine or a bald dog.

Good night all. Just a quick check in to say still here with full house. Some leaving tomorrow but more coming Sunday . Going on holiday Wednesday and may not have WiFi so could be off the radar for few weeks. Wish Stirly would check in, horrific what happened with the fires, hope she’s safe.

I remember a journey like that years ago, going to a wedding. hungover, late and lost, got dressed in the car, then we stopped at a county shop to get some food - as I ran in (heels, big hair yolk) , MrM started beeping at me. There must have been 6 old ladies gawking at me, but I couldnt understand Mr M's sign language (he was doubled over laughing). My entire dress was stuck into the back of my knickers. Rustop, it was in your neck of the woods, so theres a small chance youve seen my no-longer-lucky knickers.

Mostly south wales, but headed up north for the last few days. Thought Id given myself whiplash in Bounce below, but survived :happy2:. Super spot, just ran out of time.
