run - or don't run - it's a choice - not mandatory! Sometimes it's ok to just 'be' --- doing nothing - is doing something - well in my book it is anyway - it restores my equilibrium - usually with a book mind you ;-)
enjoy the run if you go and tell us where you went when you get back - we can live through your amazing motivation vicariously:welldone:

As in gone to the shops.........we've got these ridiculous Sunday opening hours.......most are 10am- 4pm.

You should have said I've got a freezer full of food that needs to be gone by next week..........admittedly some of it been in there that long not sure what it is. And some meals I've frozen but the felt tip labels have gone all blurry.

Going up to the shop to order the said freezer and a dishwasher.
It could be worse, I could be filing.

You all still out?

Went for a run. Watched a film. Made food. Ate. Read. Watched TV. Read more.... and on and on until leaba time.

That's my Sunday folks.

Other than my head feels a bit dizzy. Not sure why. Just going to read and watch the box and hopefully it'll pass.

RunningCourage.........just in five minutes.

Got the fridge/freezer and the dishwasher..............got the dishwasher at a discount as it was the last on sale and there was a slight mark on the side.........the only person likely to see the slight mark is my MIL if she pulled it out to give it a look over but at 92 years old she past that.

Then tootled over to Hobbycraft.........where if you're the kind of person who never smiles would be an ideal place to work. Then bought a new settee, big chair, and foot stool. Then off to Seaham to see Tommy..........World War One Soldier Sculpture, Seaham - TripAdvisor.

Tide was in so didn't have a walk on the beach and now off for a carvery.

Evening all.
Just in from work.
Mr S is complaining of 'restless legs' - like to the point of not sleeping last 3 nights.

I tried ignoring him and making the right sounds sounds - but this is going on too long .
Anyone any experience of this - like achy right leg from hip down to shin - my doctor training did not cover this rather vague ailment

Oh I forgot - had the most HORRIBLE drinking dream last night.
There was a bottle of whiskey ( ?) in the kitchen and I kept tipping away at it. DD arrives in and I can still see her holding up the near empty bottle and saying "WHERE did all this go"??
That accusing look in her eyes and I can still feel that feeling of panic as I tried to make up a story ...... oh Gawd :crybaby:

Late check-in for me,

Hey Molls I've yet to watch season 1 ne'er mind 2! Did you find season 1 any good?

Satz I would have restless legs the odd time. Find getting up and walking about a bit helps. Mines caused by a med I was on. Thought restless legs kinda affected the lower leg more, not sure. If it continues maybe best for Mr S to visit his doc?

Jacks - busy day by sounds of it. Hope carvery was good. Had to re-read your post.... Hobbycraft don't sell sofas surely?! Maybe build yer own!

D'Arsey- productive day had by you also I see good good. hope the dizziness has gone? Do you drink enough water? Perhaps it's dehydration.. How was your run?

Nought strange with me, baby bro and partner here so busy ol day entertaining. Glad to get to me leaba at last!

Hope everyone else well

Nighters folks x

Evening all,
RC, I was blown away by your very brave and honest post. You have had a lot going on . Will you go back to counselling? If you find the right person, it might really help. Great that your folks were so supportive. Have you opened up with your brother too?

Havnt the foggiest about restless leg. Does Dr Google not know how to fix that? Any change with young Satz?

Joined a club this year SweatPea, no way could I tackle that on my own. (We ran a half marathon today, so Im wiped!)

Morning All,
Try magnesium for restless leg syndrome. Very annoying.
Time for a lovely read back. I've been busier than a one legged river dancer so I've taken a flex day and still in bed at 9.30. Bully for me.
If your 8 year old self met you, would they be proud?
