    I'd like to see a big SUPER SHOUTY OUTY SUNDAY from members who have been here a while, those just starting out again or those just starting out for the very first time.........don't forget to shout LOUD AND PROUD....

        55 brilliant days!!
        The black circles disappeared from under my eyes last week. Getting up at the crack of dawn every day to walk the dogger rather than rolling over and groaning F*** to start the day. Energy levels are slowly improving and I may even have lost few kilos! I am also able to retrieve words when speaking as well, especially nouns. That had me really worried.

        If you are lurking and wondering if you should take the leap of faith - without question, do it.

            2009 days for me - missed out again on a roundy number - but feck it !
            Any number will do.
