GOT TOPA SATURDAY!!

I am so excited! My Topa came in the mail on Saturday and luckily no one was home as it came registered mail. I am so happy! It came 10 days before I expected (for all of you having problems with Aclepsa.com(?) great news!!!). Started taking it Saturday night, got bombed. Took it yesterday and only had two beers. Don't know if it is all in my mind yet or not (the placibo effect thing), but I am back on the supps and CD's. For those of you who use the CD's, which ones do you think are most beneficial?

Hey Helpme, Good job on just 2 beers! I really think the topa could be making a diff that quikly, but give yourself a bunch of credit too! It's still your choice, when it comes down to it.. topa just helps.
I like the hypno part 2 CD the most. It's more concise, and less "staircases & esculators"... ... I also listen tho the subliminal almost every morning when I'm checking in here on the site.
