Didnt realise how big the park runs were, I just looked at the map, they are everywhere, theres even one on the falkland islands! you cant see Ireland and England, we're just one big parkrun blob.
They are trying to encourage more walkers too. If you cant beat them...

I had a drinking dream a few weeks back too and it really unsettled me for the morning. The fragility of it all. Well, in my dream.

So, what is the Army vote on the show ‘call the midwife’? I need a show with a lot of seasons because at my addicted best, I can watch a full season in a couple of nights. I want to get involved in something that really distracts me so that I don’t pay any attention to the soul-crushing impeachment trial that is all over the news here.

Good morning! I do hope things are improving Molly. Our children are always our children I always thought once they got to 16 they would not be my responsibility ao much anymore--Says me who is just about to take/drive my 48 year old daughter to hospital and stay with her while she has some surgery.

N.S. Call the midwife is probably with a watch. I was a community(district) midwife in the late 60's and the first series was completely authentic so I loved it. They now have different writers and are usually addressing" issues" so I find myself shouting at the TV so have stopped watching it. Still better than watching impeachment stuff though.

Mary it would be great to have a MWO Parkrun walking/jogging/running group Ha Ha.

Jeez Molly. Even not knowing the details you have my greatest empathy. It never ends, parenthood. They should tell you that in the brochure.

I think drinking dreams are a permanent thing. I always had them. Not sure they ever go away because you can't control that subconscious mind. I found that they always turned up when things in my conscious life were outside of my control.

Morning all!! thanks a million for your lovely messages of kindness.. it truly meant a lot - yesterday was a horrible day... but we all had a go at talking to him and trying to get him to drop his male machoism (apologies MrG - bit of a generalisation I know!!) to admit that he wasn't in a good place... he seemed to come around a bit - and he's addressing a couple of his problems at least today.... onwards and upwards..... until the next time -- poxy kids... how right you are MrsA -- IT NEVER ENDS -- if anything it gets worse!!!!

Howdy everyone -- on the good news front - I may be somewhat going to be able to not work too often with Ruth ---- they are double shifting the branch so if I swop shifts --- yee haa!!!!

Wish I'd been here earlier but its the anniversary of my mum's death and I've been having a meltdown myself.....its been 15 years and still haunts me......its ironic that we never got on and I was the one to find her dead. Its always felt like a final two fingers to me.

Men's mental health is so important especially young men and when its your last baby its so very,very hard. Doesn't matter whether their 15 or 50.
