I had to read back there..I thought I'd missed something ..I just read it that Benjy was saying her daughter is mad efficient and doing it all which is brilliant but may say later that no one helped...fairly typical sprog behaviour imo..specially girls...but I'd be over the MOON if mine just asked me to turn up on the day...spose we're all different!!

I just had this feeling that MOB got dragged to everything, that Daddy spent oodles of cash and we were made to get involved in everything .... thank feck we're not ....
She has a large group of newly married friends so she goes to them for advice on where to go for 'stuff' - again thank feck
I liked the dress shopping tho - that was fun.
She's also having a big birthday this weekend - FFS !!! It's all money...

Re: International Army February 2020
Just keep telling her how amazing she is doing satz123, that your blown away by how organised and calm she is... she'll grow a foot and wont want to reverse your high opinion by moaning at you
Well I had a day off, you may all admire my new hair.
Question: You know when the hairdresser says, do you want me to put some body into it (blow drying), do they just ask that for the craic? Because I say, 'no thank you' every time and they still blow dry it like a mountain.

Re: International Army February 2020
Good morning everyone. Good advice Satz. I’m the same with the hairdresser, hate how set it looks and wash it the next day. Off on a long hike with a friend so need to get organized. Weather does not look too bad. Have a great Saturday everyone.

Re: International Army February 2020
I'm mitching from work today because they are taking the absolute piss these days.
I've worked Thursday , Friday & will be working Sunday & Monday.
I've covered for everyone over the past 2 months - wouldn't see them stuck - but it's beyond a joke now - so I've rang in sick. Perhaps they will realise I have a life and it doesn't necessarily include them now.

IamMary.......she's got more hair on her eyebrows than I've got on my head.
I've found a fab hairdresser...........in and out in 30/40 minutes. A brilliant cutter which means I only need my fringe doing between cuts. Found her about three years ago and would follow her to the moon............but I do remember coming home and sticking my head straight under the tap to get rid of the 'bouffant' effect.
satz123...........good for you, pet.
Just a big food shop today we've finally run out of Christmas food. Mr. JC was getting fed up of mini stuffed potato skins and Chinese parcels with sweet and sour dip.It could be worse, I could be filing.

Re: International Army February 2020
Good morning (sorry just gone past midday)
My youngest daughter organised her wedding in 3 weeks. The dress, Gretna Green, reception did it all by herself and I kept telling her how clever she was especially as it was all done on last minute.com! She still is happy about the whole occasion. Older daughter did similar and did everything herself with the help of son in law. Both happy that they did it all themselves and on a tight budget.
Things better here as Mr A seems improving although hospital visiting going to be another nightmare as more people coming to Arrowe Park Hospital to be quarantined, which makes access and parking a nightmare.
Managed a run this morning and luckily little wind and no rain.
Thanks for all your kind thoughts!

Oh MrsA I'm so glad he's improving...the rest are just inconvenience albeit horrible ones..but he has the spring and summer now to recuperate etc..much better than dreary winter and good for you to get out running too..
My wedding ...I think I did it all myself..can't remember anyone doing anything..but it was a tiny oneContentedly sober since 27/12/2011
