Jacks ......
You'll be a HUGE asset to them.
You know this - it's just fear of the unknown & I'm a bit like that myself tonight. But we'll be ok

Yes and you too...good God women...I look at the experience you bring with you...look at some of the clowns I'm surrounded by and think they run the world because they've been to college...most of them can't even SPELL!!! Good luck both of you xxLast edited by mollyka; February 10, 2020, 05:07 PM.Contentedly sober since 27/12/2011

Re: International Army February 2020
Good luck on the new jobs Jackie and Satz!
On the couch watching the news and listening to the gale force wind.
Another busy week with Mr A 2 hospital visits and further surgery on Wednesday. I am a bit stressed with it all but luckily I have a great support network. Although my local hospital is Arrowe Park which is surrounded by security so parking etc. is a nightmare
Thank goodness I am sober.
Off to bed in a bit.

Night Karen.
I hope all your days work out today, and to poor Mr Brit I hope all goes well.
I was bricking it when I went back to work after a break JC. Turns out there was nothing to worry about. Enjoy the experience. It's a good feeling taking on a new challenge.
I'm mid cleaning frenzy folks so a quickie from me tonight. If your 8 year old self met you, would they be proud?

Re: International Army February 2020
Proper good morning,
Oue Whizzy, come here and have a . Hospital car parks are a mess and shagging expensive We were early for an appointment last year and just about had to park on the roof. Luckily we were early and could sat and watched (have to say with some wicked humour) a mahoosive SVU........in fact not far off Trump's beast.......... which was trying to park in a place you'd be hard pushed to get a bike in.
Best of luck for Mr Whizzy.
Bridgeeeeeeeeee.........you're a busy bee............you must have the cleanest house in the whole of Oz?
You know I wish I could be someone who goes into a frenzy of tidying and cleaning when I'm anxious but it goes straight to my errmmmmmmm gastric regions. It could be worse, I could be filing.

Morning -- guessing the two girls are off putting the world to rights -- good luck to both of ye!
MrsA I'm sorry it's all going on still for you.. such a hard time in both your lives.. will be thinking of you and hope everything can go as well as possible for ye...
Sitting around here doing nothing... and there is nothing or no state of mind that sets me to cleaning -- I HATE it -- absolutely ABHOR it -- thankfully I hate filth more so will do what is necessary and no more!

Re: International Army February 2020
Evening everyone. Hope your first day went well girls, we were all thinking of you. Can’t wait to get the update. My working week over and what a miserable day it was weather wise. Cars covered in snow but the roads not too bad. Pilates tonight and it is going to be a struggle to go out again. You summed up my feelings about cleaning perfectly Molly. Love your stories Bridget, you have a wonderful way with words.

Re: International Army February 2020
Thank you everyone for kind thoughts. Mr A not having surgery until tomorrow morning. The hospital is a bit of a nightmare parking and visiting wise as most of the access is difficult because it is where the big quarantine centre is for the Coronovirus people.
Love reading your posts but do have to giggle at Bridgets stuff.I need some dinner and then off to bed

Re: International Army February 2020
Just checking in to see how Satzy and JC went with their plans for world domination.
Still can't get used to the fact that it's heat wave for some of us and snow for others, Rustop. We've got flooding here now-washing away whatever the bush fires left behind. Just not winning this one.
Finished Blood Orange Mary. Really enjoyed it. Binged that and The Stranger over the rainy weekend. If your 8 year old self met you, would they be proud?

Re: International Army February 2020
Hello, hello, hello.............my brain is fried. Too much info and so much paperwork in such a short time I know nothing or think I do. But I'm in next Tuesday.............with no worries.
Its the little thing things like going into the storeroom and wondering where the lights are. She (the woman in charge today) told me but on top of everything else it was going in one ear and out the other...........so I'm in the dark feeling along the walls and praying no one walks in.It could be worse, I could be filing.

Re: International Army February 2020
Evening Army
Job update :
LOVE it. I was there today to just get an overview and see if I’d like it and if they liked me - I Love it -all ‘medically’ stuff & test results etc. Needless to say they LOVED ME
It's fascinating - I'm going to REALLY enjoy it ... I just know it.
There is a lot to take in. Basically we schedule Clinics & surgery and follow up with patients.
Lots of forms & I abhor paperwork - but apparently it was worse before they discovered scanning & digital filing:egad:
Moles causing concern seems to be the main treatment.
The nurse Viv does the cosmetic stuff.
The boss - the consultant is SO good looking it hurts my eyes to look at him .. I sent a photo to the wimmin Jacks & Molls & they are still swooning. Mr JC wants to turn gay ..... :harhar:
Anyone of the Irish gang vaguely interested I'll send on PM.
 Mrs A - keep the chin up - this too will pass.Last edited by satz123; February 11, 2020, 05:37 PM.
