I recommend the whole series and "Playhouse Presents" The Pavement Psychologist (TV Episode 213) - IMDb as Anna is in it!!!! It is also written and directed by "Luther"

My Fave Fargo was the Billy Bob Thornton series..........its so gruesome and sooooooo funny.
Waves and throbs to all.
Fargo - (And Soprano's ) my go to feel good series. Martin Freeman is fab (Tho he hits his kids?)
Outsider is good as is The End Of The Fxxxing World! - Yeah, I watch a lot of TV!

Re: International Army February 2020
Evening everyone. Hope all ok with you Mrs A? Working week over and heading off in the morning. Another weather warning so will probably be washed out of it but at least it is a change of scene. Not sure about the WiFi so will check in in a few days when I get back.

Molly's going to love this.............the @ button doesn't work on the desktop at work. For some unknown reason, its been swapped with the inverted comma.
Baclofenman...........I'd bet real money on a dead cert that you also like The Wire and Jeremy Vine. Saw that about Martin Freeman yesterday.
Yes the Fleetwood Mac woman.
Are you my husband............ he's got a thing about Anna Friel? Going right back to Brookside days.
The throbby thing is just sometimes I can't be arsed to find the :heartbeat:
I need a week in a retreat after two days with Buddy. He's gone home now and I've got some Edinburgh Rock.
Enjoy your break, Rustleytops.
Sending our Whizzy a big :hug:It could be worse, I could be filing.

Morning,
IamMary.......more than once I've just walked out myself, slamming the door (a wall-shaking slam btw) behind me and sat on the bed............. and more than once Jenny came to find out if I was okay.
Another secretary has handed her notice in. The big boss has said at least the new ones will be fulltime.............one only did 4 days a week and the new leaver was forever off sick (tbh I always thought they were very tolerant).
I've decided Buddy is actually half ferret/half Beagle by the spaces he can squeeze through. Its just me and Bess and Vikings today.............sigh.Last edited by JackieClaire; February 19, 2020, 03:45 PM.It could be worse, I could be filing.

Vine is a bit of a BBC left wingner for my liking, tho we liked to do the quiz on Radio 2 in the mornings. Radio wise LBC, is my choice, Maagid Nawaz is probably the most inteligent, life affirmed and articulate man I have ever heard, even tho we are on polar opposites, politically wise.

Re: International Army February 2020
Evening all! Sorry not around much at the minute - just finding work extraordinarily fraught - others are too - so it's not just me.. that is some consolation but not enough... methinks I need to think..
MrsA - take it easy sweetheart - whatever helps your mental health - do it.. at the end of the day that's what's important - and it's a part you have control over - thinking of you lovely lady xx
Good to see you round Bacman.. we need a few men round here - our regular men are having a wee leave of absence at the moment!!
Watching Unabomber - very very good indeed!Contentedly sober since 27/12/2011

brit........just drop me a text if you want a natter.
Baclofenman.............I know he's makes got choices............he married me didn't he Mind you we're bickering at the moment over a re-heated lump of lasagne............the joys of marriage.
Think he was still articled when that kiss was out. Didn't it make BBC news headlines? He was sharing a house and that's all they could talk about other than football.
Jeremy Vine is getting on my nerves at the moment and I'm pretty left-wing. Often wonder if he's ever stepped out of London. He's another one that thinks the North of England is Birmingham........that's darn sarth to us in the proper North.
And those words are mild when it comes to my potty mouth.
Molls, could have said lots of platitudes.............but if its fraught, its fraught and its not fair on you. Have one of these
Our viewwing this evening is the Farmers Country Showdown. Its a lad from NI who breeds rare pigs.........some of them appeared in GOT. The excitement of it all takes my breath away.Last edited by JackieClaire; February 19, 2020, 03:49 PM.It could be worse, I could be filing.

Re: International Army February 2020
Evening all - sorry I'm not here too much either.
Double jobbing at the moment - the new place 2 days and the old place still ringing me if I'm free.
Something will give eventually but but I won't be leaving Dr :heartbeat:if I can help it.
Wedding plans all go - DD is arranging it all herself.
She does this with everything - then we'll have it thrown at us that "WELLLL I had to do it all" - I can just FEEL the the vibes.
Spare me from fecking passive aggression ray:

Re: International Army February 2020
Evening All,
The most exciting thing I did today was pack some giveaway bags. Then we noticed that the telescopic metal straw giveaway resembled an anal probe so we all ran around the office giggling and prodding each other's bums with it. I'm not kidding. That was the highlight of the day.
One more day until sleep in day.
Buddy is like a gremlin. If your 8 year old self met you, would they be proud?

Re: International Army February 2020
Evening,
satz123.............as a MOG I cried buckets over what I thought was the exclusion of everything to do with the 2019 wedding of the year, but when it got nearer to the date I was called on for lots of little things. But they were essential and by Mr. JC sitting on me so I didn't lose my temper with them and it paid off. Oddly enough the cunning Boxing Day plan talking to the MOB she felt the same as what you're going through now.
Gawd do you remember when I was given a money off voucher for teeth bleaching and told I had to wear a smaller hat than the MOB
What I'm trying to say it is hard but hang in there.
Just took myself to town today and bought exciting stuff like cotton wool and sherbert lemons. It could be worse, I could be filing.
