Well done Mary and Fickle on your great milestones. So sorry I have missed loads during this last week. Still pleased as punch for you!

We have had a dreadful week Mr A had a a serious reaction to his chemo which caused him to collapse on top of me breaking my ankle.

Drama now over-- ankle healing --Mr A responding to treatment.

Don't you think our man Hemsworth is one of those like himself Pitt though? So good looking it's kind of cliche? I can see that everything is in exactly the right place and all. But where's the individuality? Something a bit rugged like?

Anyway it's the middle of the night and the dog just lead me a merry dance in the back yard on the premise of a toilet run. Now I can't get back to sleep. Although I note she has had no trouble....

My boss rang today & begged me to stay. That I'd be missed by staff & residents.

The kid in me wanting approval and the grown up cynic are battling it out.
They really want me back & miss me
OR
They are afraid that I have a case for constructive dismissal. They've made it too difficult for me to remain in work.

Either way I've agreed to go in this weekend :egad: see how it goes ....

I was only reading that (on the guardian app) earlier - looks very promising. My sisters buddy has signed up for it - shes a pharmacist in London, so hoping shell have some inside scoop as it progresses.

Today I was offered that weird job I alluded to. That was the only good part of the day. Which makes me think I should take the weird job and leave these narcissistic, spoiled, petulant pseudo-teenagers behind.
