Re: International Army July 2020
Evening everyone. Oh that’s a pain Molly, hope he will be alright. Glad you are going back to your home branch. Think Jenny was smart JC, pubs are definitely not the place to be. Thanks for the laugh Bridget. Very very busy day at work, not used to it. Better go get something to eat.

mollyka..............did ya do a little happy dance when you got you branch back?
Poor Joe, he'll have to get his back seen to if he wants a pupper..............they don't care if you're near death's door. Actually I sympathise with him.............haven't really been to a lot of places over the last three months that have needed me to be vertical apart from the kitchen. I'm either asleep or slouched on the couch. It could be worse, I could be filing.

Re: International Army July 2020
Mother has been diagnosed AGAIN with COVID-19........ so is this proof that :
A) Nursing Home is crap & messed up the first testing?
Or
B) Proof that there is no immunity once you've had the virus - so the 'herd immunity' thingy is rubbish.Last edited by satz123; July 7, 2020, 02:48 AM.

Omg benjy that's shocking! I wonder is it because she's asymptomatic. You know the way if children get the childhood ailments like chicken pox etc very mildly they can get them again?
I hope the nursing home has advised the HSE?Contentedly sober since 27/12/2011

Oh NO satzy. Poor mother Satzy. I bet she's wondering why the hell people keep sticking things up her nose.
Our numbers are flying up again especially in Victoria where everyone failed to keep physical distance while cuing for one of Guitarista 's gigs at the local pub.
The MSN is actually MSM: https://www.chemistwarehouse.com.au/...sm-powder-300g ormethylsulfonylmethane Looks like its just sulphur anyway, but it was on special so...If your 8 year old self met you, would they be proud?

Morning and waves to the world.
satz123................all I can think is perhaps it was a false positive the first time round.................although I've googled false positive and cannot for the life of me make head nor tail of it.
You're poor mum, always feel litke she was the mum I always wanted. Will they put the home under lockdown again.
Oddly enough I don't know anyone who's had shingles.
Off subject afte three days of the pubs being open one's already gone into lockdown as one of the staff has got it and they're scrambling to find their customers. Each pub asked for your contact details as part of their 'service'.
IamMary..............in Scotland they have thier own rules on loads of things. They have their own mini-government. Bus passes at 60 & free prescriptions for a start...................I'll get mine when I'm 66 same day I get my state pension. Mr JC will be 67.It could be worse, I could be filing.

I'm sick of the virus too -- I'm sick to my heart of the nonsense going on around the world as soon as restrictions are lifted.. it's like children really and the utter horrendous stupidity and cruelty of these people -- I think it's a symptom of what our world has become.. nasty horrible --- I'd go so far as to say - evil - and I don't say that dramatically... it'll happen all over Bridge -- Spain is locking up parts again as well -- HOW could they not remember the HORRORS of 3-4 months ago in their country - all those people dead?? and they begging for muppets all over Europe with the virus live and well in their countries to go to their country and spend their poxy money... it's ALL FUCKING MONEY --- makes me absolutely sick --Contentedly sober since 27/12/2011

Re: International Army July 2020
Its eleven years ago today I came ot of my doctors clutching five days worth of valium for what would be my last de-tox and God it was a rough one and I've done more than my fairshare.
So I am very proud to say I'm eleven years sober today...................Mr. JC left an 11 year old birthday card under my laptop lid.............needless to say I cried.
It could be worse, I could be filing.
