Right side dull ache?

Iam, the bad news is that it's definitely your liver or your pancreas causing the pain you're experiencing. The good news is that once you're af the pain will go away, and that the liver can, to a certain extent, regenerate itself. If you're only at the dull ache stage you probably haven't done too much damage....yet.
This is a fantastic forum for information and if you search around, I'm sure you'll find heaps of info on the liver.
