Ach I'll do virus stuff first.................in England we are not allowed more than six people in our home or outside from next Monday. But we can still go to the pub, restaurants, work and the shops............my first thoughts a) what happens if there's more than six people live in your house and how big is your house..............do you turf the surplace into the street b) I don't know six people I'd want in my home apart from Chrimbo and perhaps birthdays c) when one of the six leaves do you let a new person in. d) why Monday...............why not tomorrow. d) do they have a big hat that those that govern just pick at random what the next daft idea is going to be.
It doesn't apply to Scotland, Wales or NI. They're making their own rules up as they go along to.

Yes we've spiked again which seems to me since they've opened the pubs the numbers have gone up.............I'm not a scientist but it doesn't half sound like a coincidence..

We worked out that new ear trumpets are worth more than our car...............hence the frantic rummaging through the peddle bin...............btw it's a big one. The bin not the car.

Face timed with Jenny last night................of course the usual..........I can only see the top of your head, sit up a bit, you've gone off-screen, etc etc..............by the time we'd got through all that it was bedtime.

Afternoon all. Enjoy the luxury Molly. Yea Bridget, fill us in on the strange behavior, we love to hear about people stranger than ourselves. Didn’t realize ear trumpets were so expensive JC, no wonder you tore the bin apart.

Think they are making it up as they go along regarding the virus. We are now opening pubs on the 21st and schools have not fully settled back. Mind you I think we all have to take personal responsibility. Don’t go to pubs at the best of times why would I go now. Some people just don’t seem to be getting it. My friend went to Liffey Valley shopping centre on Sunday to return a dress for her daughter. Shops seemed to be trying to manage it but the corridors were like Christmas, absolutely packed. Don’t go to shopping centres very often and will be staying away now for definite. Thank God for doggies and the fresh air.

Hello Army, well make sense of this rule here in Vegas if you can, bars are closed however bars that serve food are allowed to be open, casinos are open but the bars inside are closed yet you can get drinks if you sit at a machine, I'm still trying to make sense of it all, JC you're such a great mum everytime you talk of one of your children I can just hear the love in your posts, I love that about you Bridget, spill the tea on the weird people, I've noticed it too and want to compare notes haha, Nora and Techie, I'm glad both mom's aren't in any pain or feeling super sick, [MENTION=22839]brit[/MENTION] hope things are progressing well with you and hubs, have a wonderful day all!

Hello Tony. Help is what this forum is all about. However, it’s a two way street. The folks here will always have your back but you have to be willing to do the work. Check in often. It works. Go to the MWO Toolbox. It has been a proven effective strategy illustrated by the impressive list of members with long term sobriety. It is not an easy road, but the rewards are life changing. I'm not going to to go to the shop, I'm going to order in food tonight, and I'm going cold turkey, yes I know it's a bit of a risk but I've done it before. I've got to do this, my life is not good right now, and I need to get things back in order... I can't get help locally so you guys are all I've got...I'm so sorry for letting you down again, but I hope you are still with me
