I afraid the wee dog has been taken. ...............so the search begins again.
Trouble is at this time of years they're so busy taking in dogs that some parent thought it was jolly good time to give their little presccionesses a pupper some kind of animal for Christmas they inundated with dogs, parrots, cats being given back .......they're closed for another few weeks until they get sorted.
Give it a week or 3 and they'll be back to norm.
And in all this I'm supposed to be getting my right eye done.
Such fun.

Sadly, we had to return our pound puppy to the rescue group. He is fabulous with adults but not good with kids. Two of our young grandsons visit occasionally and presumably all of them will visit (and hopefully more often) once the virus situation resolves (I suppose they might be teenagers by then at the rate we are going!!). Anyway, the animal behaviorist I spoke with said all rescue organizations are expecting an onslaught of surrendered pets as people start going back to work and either don't have time for the pets or the pets cannot handle being alone after being with their people 24/7. So, add that to the Christmas returns and it is possible that soon it will be an adopter's market.

I hope you find the right friend soon. Good luck with your next eye surgery. I don't know anyone who regrets having gotten the procedure.

As did my 90 year old mother .......... we're off out ino Dublin to a nightclub.

I am grateful that I saw my ex friend in Kmart before she saw me. I spied on her from behind the candle shelves and she is just as fat as I am and looks even older. I am grateful for that too. What an old bitch I am. Oh well.

Good morning everyone. Great news Satz, how is your Mum? Did one of those online questionnaires and will be between August and November when I am supposed to get it, oh well, keep on doing what I have been doing.

Ha ha Bridget, you have to get comfort somewhere and we would all be the same. Just had an hour and a half walk so very tired doggies here. Just having a coffee and then better clean the house, ugh.

[MENTION=11158]stirly-girly[/MENTION]............I go back to the optician on 24th and the whole circus starts again for the right eye. The worst bit is to have a mask over one eye when you're sleeping. Its like the torture of pulling an elastoplast everyday day.

Won't be going near the bedroom............the temptation to get back in with my book is too overwhelmingly. Might clean the bathroom always makes me feel saintly.
