Three months waiting for signatures Molly! Our solicitor got them but not witnessed properly. Vendor is in Germany but her solicitor here is a Dodo! Just composed email, been patient so far but it is running out.

Oh been there in the past..when we were buying the shop it went on forever! You'll get there eventually I promise!!!! There's something we were sposed to sign last month actually but our solicitor made a mistake about the date I was having surgery so Joe just told him I couldn't get in and now it seems it's forgotten ...

Im not sure if theres as much long covid from omnicrom. Heard loads after previous versions, but this one doesnt seems to damage as much, or maybe its the vaccines.

Half marathon today. Buddy was on day 2 of a hangover. There was vomit :egad:
We are missing nothing.

It looks like spring,the sun is shining, my tulips are poking their leaves out but its fecking freezing. Its a big coat day.

I know a good solicitor...........he's so good I married him. Mind you I had to use another solicitor when I sold my little flat when I moved into Mr JC's house. Conflict of interest or some kind of crap.

Solicitors will only move for whoever shouts loudest. If they sense no rush on either side they will jolly well take their time and deal with Muriel who is roaring down the phone 'cos her house is sold & she needs to move into her new house :haha:.
So if you are ready to close take no shit & tell him to get the finger out.

I've seen him on the lap top past midnight so money can be transferred so his buyers and sellers wake up to good news.

But this has to be a good one..... I went to see my solicitor (way before I met Mr. JC) to sign the documents for my degree absolute.
Wish I could remember his name. Anyway signed the documents............witnessed by a pal of mine. She had to get somewhere so once that was over off she went..................anyway as I was gathering my stuff up ............this particular solicitor asked if I was doing anything on Saturday night as he had two ticket to a dinner and did I fancy going. In hindsight I should have reported him but I'd already got something arranged ............Okay it was piss up with my girlfriends to celebrate the end of my marriage.............I was half way down the road when I realised he was giving me the come on. Needless to say when I bought my teeny flat I didn't go back to him.

Good afternoon all, staying put here as I also haven't had covid and certainly, don't want to catch anything before Wednesday when I have my exercise tolerance ECG and hopefully some kindd of diagnosis.
New houses all sounds wonderful, mind you I couldn't cope with the disruption.
How did the half go Mary? Very jealous here.
Off for a walk before the blue sky disappears.

Forgot to say that my DIL is a solicitor but she never sees anyone as she's in the tax department ............not Mr. JC's place. They don't have a tax department. She's now over six months pregnant and at the crying at anything stage.

How are you Techie? Hope you are doing well and getting the treatment you need. Good luck with the ECG Brit. Hopefully you will soon be able to run again. Well done on the half marathon Mary. You are right exercise and hangovers do not mix well.

You are right Satz, say nothing and you are left, screamed a little this morning so hopefully it will get things moving. Just in from work so need to get some food.

Good run [MENTION=22839]brit[/MENTION], but tired now. You'll get back out there in some capacity. Hopefully this summer you'll be tying those laces again.
How soon after Wednesday will you get the MRI results?

Zero solicitors in my family. No law enforcement either. Mostly teachers, nurses and a few doctors recently. Lots of accountants:sleeping: no Interesting jobs like a journalist... one cousin married an artist, she fabulous. I have 56 first cousins and that's the wildest :haha:

Good morning everyone. No solicitors in my family either, I thought I had made good with daughters who are teachers and nurses! Ha ha

Off to Moel Famau with some friends to see how my heart does before my cardiac tests tomorrow. I have my angina spray and some doctors are in the group.

I am so grateful for supportive family, friends and waking up after sleeping better. Also grateful for hangover free mornings!
