Here to another year of being sober! Thank you everyone for your support. I would not be here today if it was not for God and for everyone who has helped me.

I have made it two years AF!
I made it 2 years without drinking alcohol! 2 years ago I was hungover and beating myself up for drinking the night before even though I had promised myself and my mom that I would not. I slept like crap due to the AL and I had church and a memorial service that day and while at the memorial service I nearly fell asleep and that was the final straw. I told myself that this is enough and I was done with drinking. 2 years later life is better. Better sleep and no more regrets.

Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.
Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.
Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow. -
Huge congrats on your 2 years Drifty!Quitting and staying quit isn't easy, its learning a whole new way of thinking. It's accepting a new way of life, and not just accepting it, embracing it...
Worry about tomorrow, tomorrow. Just get through today. Tomorrow will look after itself when it becomes today, because today is all we have to think about.
Friendship is not about how many friends you have or who you've known the longest. It's about who walked into your life, said "I'm here for you", and proved it.
