Has the posting situation righted itself? I haven't noticed any shennanigans recently.

Thats a lovely card from YS! Must feel good to be able to share your sober bday with him.

Molls, 45 years is incredible. Did you marry him while you were very young? We are 36 this year which shocks me. Married longer than been alive!

Has Mr M been offered any treatment Mary? If he is struggling that must indeed be difficult to watch. Were the Drs good to him? Mr S has a pre procedure conversation with a nurse last week and she was so bloody rude and dismissive. Seriously considering putting in a complaint when it is all done.

Two things I have to amend..................we're not seeing The Who until July and Mikey the Dog is five years old not four.
My brain is scrambled with the heat.
Seeing the doctor tomorrow about my COPD.

I've seen him eat bees with no problems so a few fruit flies will be just a starter. He ate a wasp yesterday and he's fine. He swallowed a mound of bees last year with no problems......I did ring the vet and she just said 'keep an eye on him'

Morning everyone

As Satz said you are a strong woman Mary and you have your hands full but you will get through it.

Huge change in the weather, temperature is ok but grey and wet at the moment. I had been planning on getting outside in the garden but will have to hold off for a while.

I read somewhere that abcowboy has set up a site for when or if this site goes down. Must go back and make a note of it. Been so busy I have not had a chance to be on much.

Quick post here. In SoCal as I needed to walk in a beach. Yes, there are beaches closer to me but I prefer pure sand rather than rocky sand. Happy Anniversary to Molly and Joe. Big hugs to Mary and anyone else in need. Back in a few days. Blessings x

Another day and I could swear I posted this morning.

Saw the nurse at the doctor's. I'm good to go for another year...............I've got COPD from years and years of smoking.

Mr JC's birthday tomorrow.............he's said he doesn't want anything............fat chance...they're already bought. We've already got tickets for The Addam's Family musical from the kids.

Molly's is celebrating her Sapphire anniversary. :hugesmile:

Well done and congratulations on the anniversaries!! Wow! We're only together 24 years, married 20. I was 32 getting married, he was 37.

What the next procedure for Mr S [MENTION=22456]starty[/MENTION]? Sorry if your repeating it (I blame the glitches!). Nothing worse that a rude medical person, especially when your navigating your way through the system. Doctors all v kind and understanding so far. Neurologist is a little blunt, but that's no bad thing. Shes thorough and respectful.

Happy birthday Mr JC, enjoy your quiz night. You are right we can?t bring it with us and just tell him how much he will be saving in energy bills next winter Satz. It will give you a boost and after the year you have had well deserved.

Bet Molly is having a ball in Kerry. My relations were on Inch beach yesterday and the photos looked amazing. They were staying in Dingle last night. I?m off west again this weekend. Going to be a mixture of getting a few things done and relaxation.

Marathon training just started (see how easily I moved from house revamps, beaches and quizes!). [MENTION=9094]satz123[/MENTION], I think you can get great deals on Windows these days and like Rustop says, the insulation will be superb.
So are you getting porch doors too? Did you have a porch before?

Good morning everyone

Love cat naps, don?t have them very often but very refreshing. When you said marathon training Mary I thought it was very early, then I realised it is only a few months away, we are nearly in July. Daughter training for half marathon in Galway at the moment.

Just having a cup of coffee before hitting the road, waves to all to come.
