Hiya Satzy long time no see. I take it the whole fred has moved to that other site or Facebook?its a pity that it couldn't be worked out on this site between everyone concerned, and i mean all parties the written word never conveys emotion. All it needs is for someone to make the first more .l ain't going into details but believe me I've had my moments in the background with certain folks who are/were on the site.,and some pretty heavy duty conversations .
Remember why we came here, and that applies to everyone..posters admin ,moderators everyone.
If i was in need of help now ,and just based on some of posts and replies without knowing the full story, I cannot hand on heart say this this would be the place for support comfort and friendship. 10 plus years ago this was the placeto be
Thats me off the soap box, i haven't got a ball, and it isnt my court

I will not tolerate insinuations made against me in that manner.
@Forum Manager I want you to now tell the forum EXACTLY what I said, what attack you allege you had to endure from me. Pure histrionics.
Please quote exactly what was said word for word and stop slandering me please.
Let other forum members decide how 'vile' I was.
Because in the 12 years + I have been posting daily on MWO, I have never attacked you or anyone else on this forum and I resent you accusing me without the evidence..

No doubt now I will be banned again for having the nerve to speak my mind.
@abcowboy thank you for speaking up for me but my name had been bandied about here as someone who attacks others on the forum and I will not allow that to happen. It is NOT TRUE.
I debated about ever posting here again but I feel it isn't right leaving your post hanging like that as if we don't support you...I fully support you...then and now..it was an appalling way to deal with people and I could never ever trust this site again, the implication (and actually WAY more than 'implication') being that we were looking for trouble when in fact on numerous occasions we tried to get a misfiring site working again.

I will never be back here again...it meant everything to me back when it meant everything to so many of us. I regret that Cowboys site was dragged into this unedifying debacle but anyway...there it is.
As far as I am concerned RIP Army thread

I echo Mollys sentiments. Stated at the time that it was handled appallingly and well done Satz for standing up for yourself. The army was part of my life for years and feel sad to see it go. Wishing those left on the site much happiness and an alcohol free future.

I fully support you, satz123. You have been a devoted member here for a long time, and I have never “seen” you attack another member. I also read all of the goings-on between you and the forum manager when they were occurring, and I never saw any attack on another forum member that you were accused of.
And you asked someone else to explain the system glitches to the forum manager, as your mother had just died, and you needed to deal with that. And I am sorry to learn that your brother died so soon afterwards. That’s a lot all at once.
I miss our Army! It is so sad that it was suddenly imploded due to histrionics. It is so good to “see” you and Molly here again!

You Army folk know that I support you, you'll be sadly missed if you decide to leave for good... I do hope y'all will reconsider.
Quitting and staying quit isn't easy, its learning a whole new way of thinking. It's accepting a new way of life, and not just accepting it, embracing it...
Worry about tomorrow, tomorrow. Just get through today. Tomorrow will look after itself when it becomes today, because today is all we have to think about.
Friendship is not about how many friends you have or who you've known the longest. It's about who walked into your life, said "I'm here for you", and proved it.

I will launch an Army October thread. Folks, this is not about the Forum Manager or the Administration of the site. It is first and foremost about us and our interactions with friends here. We are what makes this thing happen. Forgiveness is a powerful tool and is key to our continued healing and our ability to grow. Reconsider please!?
