    Poor kitty. Reunion was wonderful except Stanford losing to UCLA. The first time I watched a night game at Stanford. Hope MIL is still improving. Blessings x

      Good morning Army of two (sometimes three). Mrs Techie had surgery yesterday. It went well but she is in pain which means so am I. So, with my caretaking skills in action I will help her and handle the puppy too. The price of love. Have a blessed day!

        Oh dear, Techie, I hope that Mrs Techie is feeling better. Sometimes you've got to put on the cape and be the hero! Glad to hear that the reunion was a success.

        More of the same here. MIL and kitty are improving. Kitty gets her stitches out on Monday and we are both looking forward to that! Poor thing hasn't been able to clean herself properly for nearly 2 weeks. I imagine there will be a marathon session once we get home.

        I need to get back into a regular workout routine. I seem to get going with one and then something happens which takes all my time and attention for a while and then I struggle to get back to exercising. Sigh. Excuses, excuses.

          Hello Fly. Happy to hear about the health improvements. My wife is doing much better. Thank you. Regarding exercise, do what you can. Just starting with 10 minutes of light weights or squats, planks, or push ups against is a great way to motivate yourself. Going full out always leads to failure. When I was coaching clients wanting to get into triathlons, the ones that had realistic goals always stuck with their training. The folks that never competed before abd said they wanted to do The Ironman lasted a few weeks
