Decided to quit.. again. Could use some comments added every so often to remind me that I'm doing the right thing etc...even if it's the same kinda thing but just said in a different way.

You are always supported here, Kev. Simply stated, the drink just poisons us. When you can’t stop at one or two, it’s just fucking poison. Give it your best. There is such a better way to live then being a drunk. When you get older it just gets uglier. Keep posting and share often. You know the drill!

I saw someone who had to cut out the drink due to work. He looked so much better in the face after just a few months

I’m just celebrating 13 years sober. There is nothing good about drinking for us. Nothing. I can tell you life is 1000 times better without AL. You have to get wise about what it’s trying to do to you. Pretty packaging, sexy ads, but what it’s trying to do is overtake your life and kill you. Simple as. There is no living with AL. Cut it out, you will be so glad you did. Don’t waste another day of your precious life. Do it. Do it now. I’m living proof that it can be done (and there’s plenty of dying proof to see).
