There has been a cull on their adverts but a clever way to get round it is to advertise the 0% ones. So you will see giant letters such as GUINNESS.....then a little 0.0 next to it. Keeps their brand in the limelight for a bit longer ( until that also gets banned).
If you remember what happened to the tobacco advertising in the 80s - 90s , the same is going to happen to the alcohol industry.
At least it's getting phased out slowly and drinking rates are failing. Incredibly, the fasted growing section of the alcohol industry IS the non alcoholic bit!
