u must b well pleased thats really good, im smiling 4 u, u tried the prune juice yet lol, sennakot, is a milder an think natural laxative that dose nt give such drastic results as prune juice, xx:upset: lol the assmaster!! im slowly tryin to unwedge my head out my arse !! -

Thanks Rach, I'm trying the lax stuff first as I must be full of it, and need clearing out first then use the other stuff (like the tea's and prunes etc) for maintenance type of thing.
