Reading Suggestions?

Hi All,

I am fairly new here and have learned TONS of information reading through the posts. Went to the bookstore yesterday looking for 'Natural Highs' since it was highly recommended in some of the posts I've read here. Unfortunately, it was not in stock. However, I picked up 'The Easy Way to Stop Drinking' by Allen Carr. Haven't gotten beyond Chapter 1 yet but was wondering if anyone else has read this book?
