I can empathise with you. I suffer from IBS and there have been many a times where I can not wait till I get home. Embarrassing as it can be, but need's must.
Maybe try figs or peppermint tea/liquid/capsule with just the 1 does of laxative.

Diamond ,im not well up on your bowel habits but its good to know that im not the only one who has trouble! I only go potty every fri and sat ,I dont know why ! When I go af I get completly constipated! I wonder why???????

this was the problem after going 5-6 times a day on the booze I was AF and was constipated nearly 2 weeks actually and I knew it was because I was af.

If you go to 'bathroom advice' thread everyone gave me good advice.

Steve it would have to be a damned big plug to fit my fat a**e !!! LOL
