I agree, detox sounds like a good idea, but it's an idea, just like many other ideas.
If this is good for you all good, but I just wanted to say if you can't, don't feel bad, just become aware of yourself.
How you feel each day, and what you need to get thru.
Litle bit by little bit, do things for yourself, whatever it is you like to do, go for a walk, go shopping, look up stuff on the net, talk to your girlfriends, talk to your kids, go watch footy, car racing, go to the library, write your poetry...whatever
start to heal yourself by doing what makes you feel good, be a bit selfish, for at least 1 hour a week, start to get a bit excited about what you can do if you wanted too.
You can't recreate your past, but you can make a bright new future, tomorrow is a new day, and bit by bit it can get better, you're proving that now, don't stop!
