    Things to be grateful for!

    The weekend is here!
    We're headed to help our daughter with a tag sale. She just moved from an 8000 sq foot house to under 4000! Still big but there is so much stuff from x's and grown children!
    I need to have one of these at my house!

    Good news!

    Our son (Marine)will be home Sunday through Thursday for a visit.
    Whaaaaaaawhoooooooo!
    Big cook out Wed at my place....no alcohol!!!! Only tea and lemonade!
    We have a new "Highteck Redneck" smoker!:H

    It's going to be a great busy week!
    I hope that each of you will have a good one too!
    Be thinking of you even if I'm not here much!

    Wow Nancy, that is so exciting he gets to come visit. Sounds like you have a great week to look forward to. Wish I could help with the tag sale. I am a garage sale-ing expert of sorts! Have lots of fun!!! Have missed you around here.

                Hi everybody!
                I just had a second to peek in!
                Yes Breez! The HTRN smoker is right next to the "pig pit"!
                LOL
                Come on over! Plenty of good food and laughter to go around! Just tea and lemonade aplenty! The blackberry wine is aging gracefully in the celler!
                My son got in last night . He looks great and was not even angry too much that the airlines...Delta...lost his bag!
                Still not an exact date for the going to Iraq! Hey ..maybe God will answer that prayer after all!

                        God Bless our soldiers! I'm a Disabled Vertern ( US Army, 2nd Inf, Div.) that detachment is currently in Iraq. I did my time in Korea (DMZ). Hope you all have a good time. IAD
