I seem to have lost the instruction sheet and want to start doing these again.

I know you do subliminal and sleep every day.

Clearing two tracks on Day 1.

Can someone tell me what the rest of the schedule is?

Craporama. I just posted the schedule and hit the wrong key and blew myself away. Let me start over. Maybe you don't have the book. Here goes.
1. Clearing, sleep
2. subliminal, hypnotic, sleep
3. subliminal, sleep
4. subliminal, clearing,sleep
5. subliminal, sleep
6. subliminal, hypnotic track 2, sleep
7. subliminal, sleep

repeat for 3 to 4 weeks minimum

We need more hours in the day huh, Nancy?
