Excellent thread Cindi! can't believe I only just now found it. I see on my book/DVD set from Dr Oz they have some Chinese Qi Gong exercises for breathing...now I'm really jazzed to see it.
I've heard from a very credible authority on the study of stress in relation to human physiology and psychology (Lt Col Dave Grossman) that breathing is the only thing our frontal conscious brain can do to affect our middle primitive brain. it is the secret passageway in the back of our minds so to speak.
