Hi Folks first time posting I thought I would share with you that I have been using a TENS machine to help with my addiction to booze. You may wish to visit this google anything to to with Dr Meg Patterson and TENS. She has helped rockstars like Pete Townsend and Kieth Richards deal with their addictions and invented this machine. Its a little black box that with connecting leads you attach to your earl lobes. NO magic cure and Im not affilated with the company. I have found it ( I use both ear clips and adhesive wrist connectors) to work particulary well when finding a good sleep and waking refreshed. Again I stress its not a wanky cure thing. It helps and in my experience works but resrearch buy googling TENS fasicinating stuff and for me the Bio Stim Box helps.
