Very scary stuff, Anne! Holy smokes. Eeesh, I am glad I am not drinking anymore. It doesn't surprise me the damage we actually do with drinking. Your story will definitely motivate others to get off of the sauce.

Yep
Powders and liquid supps only, calcium in small amounts throughout the day,
and MORE supps than normal 'cause our (AL) bodies don't absorb.Comment
