I've been taking MWO brand of Kudzu for the last five days, and I've been amazed at how much it helps! I simply didn't feel like drinking on Friday or Saturday! Sunday, I had one glass of wine, and although I could have had another, it was easy to switch to seltzer. I am someone who is never satisfied with one glass!
My question is, is it necessary to take it every day? I feel as though it's making me a little spacey. Has anyone else had this side effect? It seemed to work quickly, so I'm wondering, could I take it only on days when cravings seem particularly bad, or when I know I'm going to be in a "drinking situation"? Or does it need time to "build up" in our systems? Any input would be much appreciated. Thanks!
